Missy Misdemeanor Elliott is getting  ready to drop some heat come Labor Day Weekend.  This announcement comes by way of long time friend and collaborator Timbaland.

Timbo tweeted:

“Oh snapp yall my sista @MissyElliott is droppin her singles #9thinning and #triplethreat labor day weekend. watch it world we backk!!!”

The two singles are titled “ 9th Inning” and “Triple Threat”  and could debut as early as September 1st.  It has been about seven years since Missy released a new joint.  Her last album was “The Cookbook” which came in 2005.
